Communication of the design for any new or proposed building work is essential for successful results.
This project illustrates that you do not necessarily need photographic quality images to assess a design proposal.
A firm of architects submitted design proposals for this Grade II listed Sussex house. Using plans, elevations and sections produced by the architects, the owner asked for a model of the building. Six camera angles were chosen to show the effect of the proposed extensions. When there was a change in the design the simple model was easily amended and the six views reproduced. Seeing the various options in this manner allowed the owner to fully appreciate and understand the impact of the designs.
