The 3D virtual model has a multitude of uses.

Shadow studies are often required for urban development where planning permission is likely to be refused due to over-shadowing or reduction in light to existing buildings.

Here, the client commissioned us to construct a virtual model and shadow study of the proposed new house shown. The model was also used as a basis for quick visuals to show the proposed building in context.
